Less crisp than I’d expect for this. Maybe a bit of age? Still tasty with herbal and lime notes

Citrus and pine. Hazy golden pour with ok head. Light bitter finish. Not a ton here.

Draught at Grand Delancey: pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is light citrus. Taste is bitter, low sweetness. Lingering aftertaste.

Canned 8/16/22, drunk 8/26/22. Clear, peachy-apricot. White head immediately recedes to almost nothing. Lovin' the hops here with big mineral, earth and sulphur. This is some damned decent Motueka and there's almost no remnants of that cursed Simcoe. Malts are light, showing honey and cracker. No alcohol or resin. Soft and juicy with white wine and plentiful sulphur. The simcoe does add a pine character that gains, perhaps, more bitterness on the finish. Malty body with honey and sourdough biscuits. Lingering pine, lemon and orange rind. Rice doesn't do much for me here. Seems just as malty and about as attenuated as any other Grimm IPA. Other than the sourdoughish/sour citrus character on the finish, this is really well-done, with great balance.

On tap at the brewery. Pours frosty bright gold. Pineapple, grain, lemon, floral, lime, clean finish. Medium body. Fine.
