Khyber pass: pours murky orange with white head. Aroma is piny, citrus, pineapple. Taste is tangy and a bit bitter yet still very juicy. Nice hop expression and complexity.

Cam from the brewery. It pours lightly hazy golden - orange with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, juicy, tangy, orange marmalade, apricot, peach, pine, touch green and some hearty bread. The taste is crisp, dry, pleasantly bitter actually which lingers, nice pine vibes, juicy, tangy orangey citrus, tangerine, marmalade, apricot, touch green and some bread in the base with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Not big and showy, but understated and moreish. Grew on me for sure.

Pours an only slightly hazy, copper gold, with smallish head. Aroma is rather muted, with hints of citrus. Flavor is citrus, grass, some woodiness. Are we sure this is an NE-style IPA? Tastes more like a regular, run-of-the-mill version. Crisp, clean mouthfeel.

750mL growler filled 2/1/23, drunk 2/3/23. Moderately hazy, bronze-copper. Medium-sized head, off-white, recedes to cover. Nose is earthy, mineralesque with restrained pine, lots of wood and spice. Not oniony, thank god, though I don't completely love the Simcoe as there still some light resin. Bread and biscuit malts balance nicely. Clean, no alcohol noted. Soft, malty, with clean, succulent, baguette and honey-like malts. Light minerality and low bitterness. Pine, wood, spice. Easygoing and drinkable, opening up as it warms/breathes (the Simcoe character loosens up). Leave it to Shaun to take two of the worst three hops and make an easygoing, mild, flavorful, drinkable IPA with them. Great texture, good malt-bitterness balance and lovely house character, as always.

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy orange. Orange, pine, lemon, grain, little hop matter. Medium body. Pretty good.

Growler thanks to William. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is dank and citrus. Slick body, grapefruit, melon, pine, light bitterness, enjoyed this.
