Can from the LCBO. Hazy pink pour, with a small white head. Aroma is soft cherry, with a tart lactic wheat note. Bright, and lively mouthfeel. Sharp, tangy and refreshing finish with a light bitterness. Cherry, with hints of grapefruit zest and pith.

Pale pink, thick head. Hazy. Tart, light cherry, some esters from the saison base. Good but there’s more levels this beer could have reached.

On tap at brewery. Pours pinkish orange with white head. Aroma is rustic and floral with bugs and a touch of cherry. Flavour has sour cherries, bugs, floral notes. Complex but weak.

Poured from the tap. Fairly hazy pink-ish orange with small white head. Mild cherry, underlying saison yeast, very nicely balanced.

On tap at Burdock, pours a cloudy vibrant pinkish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out rich montmorency cherries, floral dry hops, and some rustic saison yeast further back. Flavour is harmonious, with vibrant cherries, rustic saison yeast, and just enough low-level floral dry-hopping to accentuate the other elements. With all those elements, it still managed to be integrated. Excellent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours luminous pink. Cherry, apple, bright funk, minerally, grain. Medium body. Very nice.

Light refreshing beer. Touch for tartness, Cherry's. Very clean. Padio perfect.
