Brown bottle, 500 ml, from and with Sébastien Bertrand (merci!), brunch at my place, savoured on January 26, 2020; eye: reddish, clear, no effervescence, tiny ring of beige head, no lacing; nose: blackcurrant, acidity, earthy, dense; mouth: blackcurrant, acidity, earthy, dense, finale in blackcurrant with presence of acidity, medium body, average carbonation, mildly sweet, slick texture; in summary: quite good

On tap at Halo, pours a deep dark pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out intense lacto upfront, with lots of jammy currant and subdued citrus hops. Flavour is extremely jammy, with lots of tart currant, lacto, and gentle hops buried. Total fruit bomb with lots of tartness. Fun stuff.

A dark purple ale with a thin lacing pink head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light black Currant, light buttery notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of dark fruits, light lactic notes, light acidity, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
