Following a traditional Czech mash and decoction schedule and brewed with 100% Czech sourced ingredients this Amber lager displays notes of biscuit, honey, and toasted almonds. A hint of fresh floral hops provides balance. Refreshing finish.

Draught at MBCC 26, Red Session. Clear amber body. Hints of caramel malts on the nose, inviting. Malt-driven taste of bread-like malts, biscuits, and a hints of caramel. Hints of herbal hops to the finish. Well made lager. (Øksnehallen, Copenhagen 23-05.2026).

Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: bronzed orange color with some transparency and a three finger off white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: caramel/toffee malts, very bready, some floral to earthy tones light herbal tones and a little bit of sourdough
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet malty to earthy and bready quality; finishes clean through the bready notes
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; very smooth along the tongue - nothing distracting; good carb
Overall: a very nicely done amber lager worth coming back to.

16 oz. can. Pours a clear, orange-ish color, with a small, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is brown bread, cola, caramel, and heather. Sweet and malty and yeasty, with a mellow, herbal bitterness. Medium body, crisp, and bready. Simple and quality.

Can from Jow. Thanks. Pours a amber-brown color with a medium sized off-white head that had fair retention. The aroma was semi-sweet with caramel and toasted malts. The taste was similar with toasted malts and some caramel. palate was a bit on the thin side (as expected from this style). Overall: Decent--Over the years I've had a number of Czech Polotmavy and this seemed very true to that style. Much enjoyed,
