Tap at PBF Day 0. Hazy golden body, laaaaasting off-white head. Bit yeasty, herbal, floral, soft aroma. Lean light soft taste, floral maltiness, clean backbone, bit minerally, lightly flat. Not too fresh, bit underwhelming for a 10°, this is Prague after all...

Can from Airforcehops, thanks, Chris! Canned 5/23/2024, drunk 8/21/2024. Bright brass-golden-marigold. Large, white head, steadily recedes to frothy cover. Oh baby! That's funky, almost! Earthy, musty, heirloom yeast provides all sorts of wacky shit going on, as bready malts intensify things further. Mildly herbaceous hops make an appearance, adding a bit of levity, but this is a yeast-lover's dream. In the mouth it's lightly bready with tons of honey-like accents. Soft, yet with good, grainy biscuit, becoming dry on the finish, aided by gently bitter, herbal and peppery hops. Beautiful yeast character through-and-through. A LOT going on for 4.2%. Impressive. Thanks so much for the opportunity, Chris!

Can pour from share with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Mildly hazy golden yellow with nice sparkle, thin head and no lacing. Aroma is German Pils, floral, lightly bitter hops. Taste is strong Pilsner malt, floral hops, light bitterness. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Not my favorite style but good strength.

A golden lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet crisp biscuit malt with Saaz hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy Saaz hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and classic. On tap at brewery.
