Can at Decibel: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is light grain and slight citric notes. Taste is bready and sweet. Fine.

Clear, perfectly golden coloured body with a very thin, barely a single centimetre tall pure white head that stays afloat for a few minutes, but is pretty nice for a short time, at least. Aroma of light metal, a touch of citrus and lemons with a cleanser-like cleanness and some subdued malt aspects at the end, but very subdued and mild throughout - very nice, especially for the style with no bitterness around at all. Light-bodied; Very crisp, clean and citrusey malt shows nicely with a soft sweetness of caster sugar and light lemons without much else and only a mild dose of very low alpha acid hops that are noticeable, in a good way that does show some hoppiness, but but nothing potent, as expected. Aftertaste shows a crisp, very easy-drinking, but quite flavourful lager that is light, lemoney, malty and showing a good level of lager yeast without any breadiness, bitter flavours or alcohol at all and no residual sugars at the end that could be perceived as cloying. Overall, a nice beer to sample throughout and one that is great for the season of hot days, even as the first 80degF day here (that I was around for) at my house here in Washington, makes this a good example for beers that can be drunk when it's this hot outside. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Russ's Market in Lincoln, Nebraska on 24-August-2021 for US$1,67 (part of a mixed six pack), sampled at my house here in Washington on 24-April-2022.

Draft. A- Plastic, wheat. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Wheat, straw. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- Okay. It's a pale lager and that's a style I struggle to find much joy in drinking. Had to start somewhere for my first beer from Cosmic so this is where I began. Average rating at best but still well higher than many other pale lagers I've had.
