Can thanks to Billy T. It pours clear golden - yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, bright, grassy, leafy, straw, hay, floral, clean, custard creams, biscuit, lemonade and white sugar. The taste is crispy, super dry, bitter, grassy, straw, toasty grain, leafy, lemon peel, lime, cracker, nougat, cereal, toasty and floral accents with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Super crisp and crunchy. Moreish.

On tap at the Grand Delancey. Pours gold. Grain, herbal, fragrant. Medium body. Pretty solid.

Can thanks to Jack! Pours a clear pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice straw with a bit of grain, light bread and just a hint of grass underlying. Flavor is similar with straw throughout, just a hint of sweet grain and light grass in the finish.

Brewery draught, 9/16/22. Clear bronze. Large, well-retained, white head. Spicy and malty with various complex bread and light spicy hop. Honey and mineral but all very light. Soft and succulent with fresh herbs and light pepper. Great attenuation, clean, flavorful, rich yet crisp and drinkable.
