Opening Bash: pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is mellow fruitiness. Taste is hop stew. Minimal bitterness. Not too sweet. Fine.

Belcher at The Roost, pours a pulpy yellow, frothy white head.  Nose is soft, peach, melon, orange blossom.  Perfume.  Flavor same with oats and honey.  Soft finish.  7 4 7 4 14

Brewery draught, 7/8/22. Heavily hazy, bronze-maize. Flimsy head. Sour, unripe citrus with some dank notes and deep juiciness. Light pine on the very end with no heavy resin or intense yeast ester. Malts seem sparse and crackery. Wow, that's a lot sweeter than expected. Big honey-mango, with sour citrus in the background. Juicy citra is excellent here and the yuzu-like citrus helps add balance, but it's dangerously sweet...
