golden body. good white frothy head. decent lacing. aroma of biscuity malt, and some vegetal/corny/grainy notes. Flavour is corny, some slight malt, and a touch of hops in the finish, there is also this odd ciderish flavour in there.....weird. overall, just a lager, ho hum.

Quasi partout au Niger ce qui de suite doit éveiller les soupçons sur les qualités gustatives. Plus dans une approche pale lager avec un malt dominant. Effet un peu métallique et carton mouillé en fin de bouche. Peu d'impact du houblon.

Just a bit grainy aroma, grainy grassy flavor. A bit flowery. Meagre lager beer.

Poured into a lager glass from a can years ago so rating from old notes. Cristal clear yellowish blonde with thin, snow white head; grainy, slightly malt sweet, some corn, metallic with thin body, hint of herbal hop bitterishness in the finish, brief. Neutral and completely lacking in character but non-offensive.

Can. Pours clear pale straw with airy light head. Clear aroma of hops with distinct skunky notes. Watery mouthfeel. Bitter, hoppy onset with a very thin body to folow. Faint dry finish. OK as. thirst quencher but not exactly enjoyable.

Originally rated March 2006. Bought 2 for $3.00 (CND) at the Dépanneur Rapido in Aylmer, Quebec. Pours a clean golden colour with some dynamic carbonation. The fluffy white head is decent in size, has good long retention and leaves thick and uneven lacing. Average malt nose. Says ingredients are water, malted barley and hops, but I smell some corn. The mouthfeel is thin. At least it does not taste like corn. More like grass, like some of those German lagers. Nothing special, but not a bad brew... especially for the buck.
