Sotol is a type of desert spirit similar to Tequila and Mezcal. We blended a portion of our Mexican-style Lager, Cerveza Viejo Pino, aged in charred oak Sotol barrels for 6 months with a fresh batch of non-barrel aged Cerveza Viejo Pino. The result is Cerveza Viejo Especial: a floral, bright, citrusy and slightly oaky Mexican-style Lager
