Bottle, at share, courtesy of Chris D and me. Pours slightly hazy yellow. Funk, raspberry, hibiscus, minerally, lemon zest, elderflower, grain. Nice spritzy body. Very good.

Foam draught, 8/12/22. Peachy-copper-golden. Medium white head shoes. Good retention. Mild, peachy-appley nose. Mild lactic acid. Light barnyard with spice and strong fruitiness. Earthy, mild, somewhat bland, minimally tart flavor shows peach and wheat with light lacto-acetic acidity. A bit bland, unfocused/messy. Texture is too loose for its size.

50cl bottle pours a lightly hazy gold, no head. Funky nose, herbs, grist some cheese. Flavor has brett, grist, light dough, light yeast, some herbs. Tart finish. Pretty smooth though.
