On tap at the source with Paul. Served in a tulip pours a lightly hazy bright gold with a decent but short lived bubbly white head. Huge banana nose and flavor light honey malt and earth to counter. Clean flavor, great hefe!

On tap at the brewery. Pours somewhat hazy gold. Grain, bread, banana, biscuit, little lingering bitterness. Light body. Fine.

Can (4/4/23) pour from The Beer Store, Salem. It's a hazy golden yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width white head with fair retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong clove and banana with wheat background. Taste mirrors the aroma. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good representative of the style and good strength.

16 oz. can. Aroma shows soft clove and light banana. The banana flavor is mild with bready malt and clove. The beer is pretty sweet yet, on the borderline of a Hefeweizen in texture and body. I am pleasantly surprised they took the time to get it correct. If I close my eyes, I can believe that I’m sipping a beer in Germany. Prost!
