Draft: Poured a light amber color Kolsch with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of malt with light caramel notes and cereal. Taste is also a mix of cereal and light caramel notes with a semi-dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. OK but not really on par with style guidelines.
