Pouring a dark yellow with a touch of haze, lively carbonation, and a beautiful frothy head, Trillium Ten Saison is elegant in its appearance. The bouquet of aromas is nuanced, featuring notes of white pepper, clove, delicate herbal hoppiness, and a touch of fruit character. Pleasantly dry, with a cleansing carbonation and gentle bitterness, Trillium Ten is a milestone achievement.

Pours clear gold into a tulip. Fluffy bright white head with excellent retention craters and recedes leaving spot lacing. Sweet citrus and aspirin aromas. Crisp with meadow and clove upfront turning to crushed aspirin, pith and peel in the dry, lasting finish.

Undated bottle, 330mL, released today at Fort Point, 3/21/23. Clear brass-golden. Small, white head moves quickly to cover/ring. Yeah that's nice. Hint of lemon, lots of dusty basement, peachy-apricot and rustic grains that are well-attenuated. No crude phenols, no alcohol noted. Soft, pillowy malts with honey-like notes up front moving to light citrus and various pepper phenols. They've really dialed in their fermentation on their saisons; these are lovely. Very authentic. Great minerality and lingering pepper. Low hop character. Clean, no alcohol and an excellent texture/malt depth.
