Introducing the latest draft pick to the 617 lineup. This golden Lager is as crisp as a winter morning in Boston and more refreshing than the T running on time. While 617 Lager is our most difficult beer to brew, it is hands down our easiest one to drink. Brewed with a single hop and a single malt, the beauty of those ingredients shine through and finish clean with every sip.

Can drunk 9/17/25.
Clear golden. Medium-sized, white head.
Crisp lager yeast, honey and baguette-like malt with gently herbal hops providing good acidity. Clean, aromatic.
Clean, malty, with lightly crisp yeast and good attenuation. This is better than like 97% of the beers I've had from this brewery. Very flavorful and balanced. Quite malty.

Pint at my hotel, clear gold, white head. Nose has corn and grass and hop. Flavor is simple grist and corn and then soap and some lemon. Crisp finish. Easy drinker.
