DOUBLE DRY HOPPED INDIA PALE ALE

We've done some hot dog themed beers before, because why not? But this version is here to stay and we've hopped it with some of our favorite hops to prove it. Loaded with Riwaka, Strata, Mosaic and Luminosa which is definitely better on hot dogs than ketchup.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, pretty sweet. Soft cooling pine. Floral tropical fruits. Candyish melon and some citrus on the back end along with a fair nip of spice. Pretty floral - tropical.

473ml can. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, white head. Unspecific, fruity, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish, pale and wheaty malty background, hints of pear, melon, lychee, some lemon, mango, orange, mandarine etc. pp. oscillate between foreground and background, explicitness and washiness. Taste is mildly bitter, fruity hoppy and sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, pale and slightly wheaty malty, unspecific, amalgamated fruitiness has aspects in the aforementioned spectrum, maybe some more focus on yellow stone fruit; minimally herbal-grassy-veggie hoppy finish, more or less completely fading malty sweetness.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
A plethora of hop flavours, but overall very cautious, mild and indetermined - doesn't cajole my enthusiasm completely.

5oz pour @OH Rockefeller. Hazy, sticky, pale orange pour. Purty powdered sugar & lemon nose. Orange-y & bittersweet old-school pine & a little lemon. Acidy, frothy. Luminosa is kinda cool. Okay.
