Draft at Paragon, 1/15/26. Dark brown pour, medium brown head. Sweet maple aroma, with chocolate, roast, coffee, and vanilla. Lots of flavor. Drink all of it's 10%, full bodied and boozy. Very good overall.

Half pour at the brewery is a leggy, thick black with some wispy, brown head. Nose is HUGE maple, followed by chocolate and vanilla and plenty of mocha. Flavor has some more complexity, though I wouldn't call it better than the nose. There is licorice and molasses and raisins and chocolate syrup. The maple is there but not as prevalent as the nose, where it dominates. Coffee feels a little lost here and maybe more Kahlua than cold brew. Finishes full bodied, sweet, chewy and long.

Can, shared by Matt. Pours black with a tan head. Earthy, maple, coffee, nutty, not very sweet. Medium body. Fine.
