This beer contains heavy vibrations of Strata, Enigma & Meridian, sending a huge flux of mango, ripe papaya & candied orange straight into the flavour flux capacitor. It's a pure neurological stimulator that we think you're going to enjoy!

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingman, 09/04/21. Almost clear golden to light amber a good sized off white cap. Nose is orange zest, pine dusting, melon, sweet tropical fruit esters, grass. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, pine resin, weed, dank bite, pineapple, mango. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly aggressive hop bitterness and a balanced rising boost. Solid well balanced DIPA ... carries the double digit boost very well ... makes for good high boost chugging.

440ml can. Mostly clear golden amber, big white head. Aroma of resin, pine, citrus. Taste is very resinous, piney, grapefruit, orange rind, dry and bitter, boozy. Medium-full bodied, noticeably thinner than their hazy stuff. Decent TIPA but very different from their usual.

Can. A modest haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, enough here to deliver an adequate if thin creamy sweetness. Crisp pine. A nice crisp light savoury hop vibe here, never gets skunky. Crisp light pine. Hop spice nibbles away underneath, in a consistent and pleasing manner. Intriguing hop combo, imaginative. How I wish other breweries would follow suit instead of robotically reaching for the C hops or the much diminished Mosaic or Nelson Sauvin. Bright mandarin citrus, little tangerine. Trace of black pepper and cranberry. Am I going to pick this up without the fore knowledge there is Enigma here? Not so sure I would. But. As a wise man once said, forearmed is forewarned. Modest spearmint from the Meridian. Well pretty obvious once you look for it, soft and but well rounded. Mild Strata melon on the back end. Light finish. Yeah, well thought out modern hop profile and well delivered. This is the kind of DIPA I want. Not west coast narrow gauge predictable bore off. Not a fucking 'did you dump half a gallon of yeast in here'? Bollox. This is where it's at for me. Crisp clean, modern hop character yet sans west coast terminal boredom. Thank you Track for crystallizing what I am looking for before I knew what I was looking for.
