Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 30/01/23. Black with a khaki cap that dissipates edgewards. Nose is chocolate, spice, vanilla, nutty, dark malts, light roast. Taste comprises pecan nut, chocolate cake, hint of maple syrup, molasses, burnt toffee, dried red berries, chocolate dipped raspberries, mellow roast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid stout ... sweetness kept in check with some good roast interplay.

Can at home picked up from LHG online. An oily nut brown colorued pour with a fading fine khaki head. Aroma is nutty roast, sweet cocoa, lactose, chocolate sponge, vanilla, hazelnut chocolate. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sticky chocolate sponge, bitter dark chocolate, fruit culle, black forest gateaux, hazelnut, some warming alcohol. Palate is semi sweet, sticky, oily, moderate carbonation. Good stuff.

Black beer, thick light tan head. Smells lightly of nuts with a whack of vanilla. Flavour has chocolate, light nuts again, vanilla, a little fruit and toasty malt. Great balance, nice body, nice roasty, sweet flavour. Very, very drinkable.

440ml can. Almost black, beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roast, vanilla, pecan. Taste is very chocolatey, creamy vanilla/lactose, pecan, fair amount of roast character in this which I love but didn't expect from an adjunct-laden milk stout, bittersweet. Medium bodied, smooth. Really nicely done.
