(Draught at Biererei, Berlin, 30 July 2022) Cloudy light red colour with frothy, pink head. Fruity, sourish nose with raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb and red fruit. Fruity, tart taste with notes of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, vanilla and a sweetish finish. No bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh, fruity and tasty. Very nice.

Aroma: raspbery jam, lacto and ice cream. Taste: tart berries, raspberry yoghurt, lacto. Tangy mouthfeel. Tart. Next one please!

On tap @ Biradiski. Aroma of berries, yeast and tannins. Pours hazy brownish pink color with thin creamy off-white head and nice lacing. Tastes of juicy tart berries, red wine and citrus with woody following, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Acid berries…
