De Oostendse stadsbrouwerij ’t Koelschip ontwikkelde samen met topchef Kobe Desramaults een passend en rasecht Oostends bier. KREVET is een witbier op basis van wildgeplukte lokale kruiden en frisse citrustoetsen. Puur natuur, want KREVET is ambachtelijk gebrouwen met natuurlijke ingrediënten, zonder toevoeging van smaak- of kleurstoffen. Dankzij een alcoholpercentage van 5% is KREVET de ideale dorstlesser voor elke levensgenieter au bord du mer. Verkrijgbaar in de deelnemende restaurants.

GUSHER ALERT! (oh boy)
Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy to aery white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: dirty, lots of sulphur, very unpleasant, smells like sewer. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: some citrus, watery, a little grassy, fruity touch, unpleasant bitterness, quite some sulphur, pretty dirty. Aftertaste: citrus, lemony, vegetable, some cabbage, moe sulphur, a little bitter, watery, sourish, unpleasant bitterness, a bit soapy, not good at all. How is this even being sold? Should be poured down the drain instead of anyone’s throat..

33cl bottle from supermarket MAENHOUT in Oostende. F: not gusher yet crazy amount of carbonation. C: coppery amber, hazy. A: malty, biscuits, bit berries, caramel, herbal. T: medium malty base, bready, caramel, herbal, bit like alcohol, high carbonation, quite messy all together.

330ml. bottle. @Cultuur Café, Oostend (Belgium). 06/09/2022 [#5.373 Global - #210 Belgium - #1 Citybrewery 't Koelschip Ostend (My Belgian brewery #85)] Pours light hazed golden with a huge and lasting white head. Aroma: spiced malts, clove, banana and some coriander. Taste: coriander, wheat and spiced nalts. Long sweet finish. Lively carbonation. Next one please!

Bière pression bue pendant le festival de la street food à Ostende. Robe blonde claire, n'est vrai, bouche fraîche et acidulée, légère, tout à fait correcte.
