VALE VALE VALE English Bitter 4.5% is really an English Bitter abroad: brewed at Freddo Fox (Barcelona), with the collaborative input of our Spanish and Swedish brewer friends at Saez & Son (Valencia), hopped with Ella (Australian) and Nugget (US) hops, alongside the East Kent Goldings (UK), and set to be enjoyed who knows where! That said, the English dry ale yeast, Golden Promise base malts, and fairly liberal use of English Caramalt, combined with earthy-yet-orange blossom honey flavours of East Kent Goldings, mean that the soul and predominant character of this beer may well transport you to a giddy afternoon drinking pints with friends in a good ole English pub. Sup, quaff, guzzle. Vale, vale... ¿Vale?

On tap at Brew Festival. A dense finger-thick white head forms over an unclear golden-orange colored body. Pleasant grainy aroma with white bread and a good fruityness. Apple and citrus zest. It’s dry and pleasantly carbonated, full to medium bodied, with a decent bitterness level. The flavor is quite wort-like, with bread, pale malts, generic fruityness and some citrus zest. Medium length finish. A decent Bitter. 220430
