Draught, taster @MBCC 2023, Copenhagen (Denmark). 06/05/2023. [#6.381 Global - #1.093 United States of America - #10 Garden Path Fermentation] Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Mostly lacing. Aroma: fresh floral hops, apple skin, funk and leather. Taste: green apples, bit funk and plenty of floral hops. Sulphur and oak barrels. Next one please!

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hops and crisp apple skins, with a touch of funk. Flavour is gently sweet, with dry apple skins, floral hops, and a touch of residual sweetness. Not all that complex, but I usually don't like hops in cider. Decent.

Tap. Clear pale golden color with no head. Aroma is good red apples, minerals, mild barn, some flowery hops too. Taste is the same, medium dry I'd say, but that's mostly the hops. Mineraly bite, mild spark in the carbonation, fun.
