Tap @MBCC2023, Yellow Session. Clear golden, white head. Bretty honey aroma, floral sweet malt. Bittersweet flavour, malty with slightly perfumy citrusy and piney hops. Bretty finish.

On tap at Beer Temple, plus a clear golden a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast and earthy grains. Flavour is dry and grainy, with lots of earthy grains and rustic saison yeast. Grainy, crunchy and earthy. It's alright.

Tap at MBCC 2023 yellow session as Bretta Festbier. Clear pale golden color with no head. Aroma is funky, yoghurt, white wine brettiness. Taste is grassy, mild maltiness, some soapiness, almost watery body. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not sure if this works.
