Keg at Waterloo Street. Aroma had light citrus and grains. Slightly opaque gold. No head. Light-medium bitter. Grainy. Spur citrus edge. Doughy malty underbelly. Light but slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Characterful Pils.

11/9/2024. Tap at Sommar Bar Waterloo Street, Birmingham. Tap #17. Pours clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is worty, grainy, grassy, malts. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, above average carbonation. Tasted ok but didn’t like the aroma. Only disappointing beer of the 9 tried here today.

Keg half-pint in Sommar Bar, Brum on 5th August 2023 during AndyTF2's Stag Do. Typical Pilsner, bright, clean and clear golden body, short lived white head; refreshing, crisp and thirst quenching. Light hop action, mild malty sweetness.

Keg draught at Sommar Leicester. Pale yellow, almost straw. A tiny bit of haE and a small white head. Metallic smell, some greywater, grassy hops, hay. Sweet taste with a more bitter finish creeping up. Long and slightly metallic finish. Yeah, it feels like a dirty drink which is a shame because I've enjoyed so many of Sommar's beers.
