Caveat DIPA is a collaboration with our good friends Prizm Brewing Co from Montpellier, France. Packed full of some of our favourite hops, layered on a base of Maris Otter, Wheat & Oats. Caveat envelops the senses with a beautiful aromatic melange of Passionfruit, Oranges & Weed. Santé!

Can split at L6 Tasting, from Yards & Crafts online, 13/10/22. Moderately hazed golden orange with a well presented cream cap. Nose is bitter orange, ripe citric flesh, guava, stoned fruit notes. Taste comprises orange zest, grass, light hop spice, more stoned fruits, papaya, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Decent enough easy drinking DIPA.

440ml. can. @SinDueña, Compostela. 09/02/2023 [#5.787 Global - #151 Ireland - #15 Galway Bay Brewery] Pours slightly hazy golden with a frothy and lasting white head. Aroma: biscuity malts, orange rind and pine. Taste: fresh citrus, orange and mild caramelly malts. Some dank mouthfeel. Next one please!

44cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold, partially hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely resinous, hoppy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high bitter. Final is still rather bitter.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting 13/10/2022. Many thanks to Colin. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is powdery orange, biscuity malts, orange creamsicle, midget gems. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, mixed citrus, orange, mango, mellow dank, sticky hop. Palate is semi sweet, resinous hop, moderate carbonation. ok.

Can shared in London - cheers to Cloin. Pours clear gold with a frothy, pure white head. Medium sweet flavour, some jammy and semi-ripe citrus fruits, pine, rind, sun-kissed pale malts. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more rindy citrus. Enjoyable.

Cloudy orange with a full white head. Aroma of tropical fruit. Flavour is sticky vanilla mango, grapefruit bitter, long dry light spiced base.
