Brewed with malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast, water, fresh cherries and their juice. Cherry Fruit Beer has a bouquet of fresh cherries. It makes an excellent aperitif in place of dry sherry. Complements carbonnade a la beouf, mussels in white wine, flavourful cheeses.

Deep red with a lasting light pink head. Aroma has fresh cherry and almond (cherry stones). Sweet with some tartness, completely cherry dominated flavour, but never cloying. The perfect aperitif beer.

Bottle at firewaters...black wisniak cherry soda scent and or cherry cough drops...the color is of cranberry juice...tastes like a jolly rancher, minus the sour, and plus some tartness...simple yet surprisingly creamy in the body

Small pink head. Deep purple body with lots of carbonation. Intense sweetish cherry marzipan aroma, nutty and refreshing. Deep, sweetish cherry taste with notes of nuts and marzipan. Dry, wooden cherry aftertaste. Excellent. Amazing at 3.4%. (0.355l bottle.)

Bottle, picked up from SH Jones, Bicester 17-03-07. Pored a wonderful deep pink colour, very big in the cherry stakes with a powerful aroma and even more hard hitting but very nice taste. Came across as both a bit sweet and sour and probably a good deal sweeter than many others than fit into this catergory, but I really liked it and found it very easy drinking.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Slightly hazy dark red with a somewhat rough, pinkish head.. Distinct cherry aroma. Medium body with sweet’n’sour cherry notes - but definitely different from a Belgian fruit lambic. 260107

Bottled. A clear, bright red beer with a pinkish white head. Almond and cherry in both aroma and flavor, as well as some sugary sweetness in the aroma. The cherry feels artificial, and is very dominant in the finish. Medium mouthfeel. (061229)

Pours a bright magenta into an English pint. Pink micro head lasts thoughout. Brach’s cherry lolipop notes. Slight fizzy with cherry front-to-back and a slight alcohol finish. A different kind of lambic than I’m used to...more a fruit beer -- but I guess I’m just thinking gueuze.

Mmmm....I know this British kriek has a good reputation. Upon opening the bottle, a pleasant cherry aroma strikes you. A burgundy red wine to light brown colour with a thin pinkish head. In aroma, cherry pie with notes of cherry candy drops. In mouth, a nice cherry beer with sweet cherry and lght lactic notes, reminiscent of Lindemans fruitesse, but not as overbearing. Bought at Beers of the World, late August 2006.
