Deep dark ruby brown color. Malty peacharoam and flavor. A slight toasted flavor is overpowered by the fruity sweetness. Onlt medium bodied, I expected more. Still a lovely, tasty beer.

A beautiful dark clear brown beer with reddish hues, and a thick moka head. A pleasant sweet chocolate malt aroma. In mouth, sweet chocolate malt balls, cold coffee, very smooth. A nice schwarzbier. Oktoberfest evening at Marc Gratton’s, taste on April 20 2007

Bottle at Arena Restaurant Pizzerie in Prague. Very dark brown color, big beige lasting creamy head. Malty sweet scent, not burnt but more to the bayern and münchener side. Fresh scent when the glass is swirled. Very rich mouthfeel. Sweet taste, low bitterness. Sweet aftertaste.

Bottle. Black beer with ruby edges and dark beige head. Some very nice velvety molasses, coffee and charcoal on aroma with some dark toffee too. Fullish in mouth, with more coffee/toffee. Finish is dryish. Not too sweet and just a feeling of juicy velvet. Nice beer.
