Brewed initially for Hop City the team at Floc loved it so much that they had to brew it again. This DIPA was brewed with flaked oats and wheat, low colour malt alongside obscene amounts of fresh Galaxy, Amarillo and Simcoe hops in both the whirlpool and dry hop.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 20/08/22. Murky fruit smoothie orange with a good sized lasting white cap. Nose is bitter orange, grass, pine resin, dank spike, ripe melon, soft malts, trace of hop spice. Taste comprises Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly grassy hop bitterness. Solid well balanced DIPA ... good bitter edge and great mouthfeel.

200ml draught at Brygg. Patchy white head, crocheted lacing, cloudy pale golden body. Promising aromas of pineapple and peaches. Pineapple and an orange crush to the taste character supported by apricot, backbone of juicy malt. Rounded fruity tail with distant bitterness. Well bodied. Refreshing and likeable. (Oslo 11.08.2022).

30th July 2022
Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. A light hop skunk on the snout. The malts are smooth and have a decent creamy sweetness. Hops follow the nose, a light savoury skunk. Crisp pine. Reasonably bright citrus but very much second fiddle to the skunk. Light finish. A touch skunkier than I would normally like, but this goes down easy.
