Double Fractal is a new series that brings you all the goodness of our Fractal and Super Fractal series but in DIPA format. Double Fractal Dragon Curve combines our fractal fermentation, simple 2-row base malt bill, and combines Enigma and Citra. We get notes of earthy dankness, white wine grapes, papaya, orange creamsicle and tropical fruit with and a very pronounced escalating brightness from the #EQjuice.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dirty yellow cloudiness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: passion fruit, white grapes, mango, pineapple, and orange rind hoppy character; light biscuity malts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas from a nice bitter to a bittersweet juicy character while allowing a subtle note of strawberry to enter in underneath; finishes mostly white grape-like, passion fruity and mango-like
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; light smoothness but also a healthy dose of hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: the phrase "don't judge a book by it's cover" rings so true with this beer, so I would absolutely have this again and next time maybe out of the can.

Pours murky gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Hot mango and passion fruit aromas. Thick with sweet mango, strawberry and papaya upfront turning to earthy tropical fruit skin in the lasting finish.

Keg at Brewdog 7 Dials, 13/07/22. Moderately hazed golden blonde with a white cap. Nose is bitter orange, pine needle, mango, ripe melon, mixed tropical fruits. Taste comprises orange pith, mango, grapefruit, papaya, pine resin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Decent DIPA if a touch sweet in places.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (16/07/2022) - Vibrant bright exotic tropical fruity with lots of mango and papaya, lychee, creamy sweet soft malty backbone, robust hoppy finish. Lovely drop.
