Keg at the Russel Hotel, St Andrews. Inoffensive aroma. Standard lager looK. Bit watery ending but overall, bland but not terrible lager.

'Only sweet toothed plebs would find this drinkable.' See 3 reviews down. That made me laugh. I am certainly a happy enough peasant after drinking this one. Its a typical euro lager but with a bit more malt content and less watery than some. Its got a reasonable bitterness in the finish. Of course flavour wise its nothing special being malty, grainy and semi-sweet. Carbonation is done well here, one of the best for a macro lager I've had excluding Pils. Decent for this style although not a great beer overall.

Tap. Just a hint of hops in the aroma and flavor. Medium bodied. Maybe a bit of glue in the aftertaste. Otherwise a clean palate. Decent lager, but nothing special.

500ml can from McColls, Jedburgh. Pale golden colour, white foamy head and aroma of corn syrup, malt, papery. Taste is sweet malty, corn grain with cardboard notes and some bitterness. Light bodied, high carbonation, dry cardboardy finish. A bland pale lager.

A clean golden yellow coloured pour with a a frorhy white head. Aroma is apple crisp, light braddy, grainy. Flavour is comoised is semi sweet. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, semi sweet. Mint, light tangy. Good., nice. Fine.

Keg at the Manchester, Blackpool, in a plastic pint glass, no less. Pours dark gold with a small head. Aroma is eggy corn and sweetcorn. Taste is cold water, card and corn.

Caña en sąlenor Avilés edición 2019. 19..02..2019. Color ámbar dorado transparente con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores frescos con suaves cereales y Maltas con toques de levaduras lager. Poco amargo final algo dulce. Cuerpo ligero fácil de beber con poco amargo. Bastante comercial. Normal.
