Inspired by Export Porters of the mid-19th century, we have created a beer with notes of coffee, toasted hazelnut and the whole hedgerow in the palate.
After creating a complex malt base, we added a dry hop of UK Cascade for a little modern twist.

Deep, dark brown with a frothy tan head and a lovely roasted malt aroma with hints of coffee. Medium bodied and smooth with roasted malt, coffee and a hint of liquorice, dry bitterness and some dark fruits coming through

440ml can from Redland Stores, Bristol. Deepest brown in colour, with undertones of red and a slight, beige, head. Leafy hop and plain chocolate aroma with a toasty edge. Full, rich, mouthfeel with more chocolate, dark berries, leading to more roasted malts in the finish. A very pleasant drink.
