For this west coast we used a grist of Super Pale for the base with some Dextrin and Munich to give a touch of body. For the hops we've blended some of the classic's' Centennial, Chinook, Amarillo and Cascade with Strata to give characteristics of pineapple, orange and tropical fruit.

28/8/2022. Can at the Wroclaw GP beer share. From the Brewery. Pours clear very pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, hops, orange, melon, light pine, touch of herb. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, quite watery, average carbonation.

Can at home, Monday, 13th December 2021. Pours a clear and light straw colour. Aroma is centennial, aromatic and citrus. Taste is floral, nice and delicate, some pith and citrus, good level of bitterness. Nice

440ml can. Clear golden, big white head. Aroma of resinous pine, citrus peel. Taste is very resinous, citrus peel, orange, mild tropical fruits, moderate bitterness. Medium bodied.
