Using a new innovative hop product from Yakima Chief called “Cryo Pop” blend, and a whole lotta other hops, this is our biggest IPA to date! The blend delivers massive tropical, stone fruit and citrus aromas while the other hops heighten the flavours with added earthy notes.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, mango, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, peaches, mango, spices, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

440ml can. Hazy orange, white head. Aroma of peaches, tropical fruits, slightly vinous and dank. Taste is juicy, peachy, mango, grapefruit, very dank, vinous, weedy finish, little bit of alcohol creeping through. Full bodied, thick, very soft and smooth. Awesome.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Colin. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, orange rind, mellow dank, alcohol, apricot, dank notes, juicy fruits. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, creamy wheat, sticky hop, orange rind, green mango, marmalade, Hides the alcohol very well. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, pretty light fit for the abv. It's also semi dry and with decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth light creamy malts, quite sweet but staying just the right side of too sweet. Soft skunk intro to the hops, a bitterish savoury undertone that gets mildly rubbery. Candy fruits into a little soft pine. Trace of floral blueberry which must mean this batch of Mosaic is a bit better than the normal crap that is cultivated these days. I'd like to say a nice punchy winey grape from the Nelson Sauvin, but I can't, cos there ain't any. A soft and rich semi over ripe fruit melange on the back end with that irritating rubbery bitterness returning. A mixed bag. Drinks super easy for 12%, , deft brewing chops. The Mosaic tastes something like 33% what it used to and that's a Brucey bonus these days, cos it's normally invisible. The NS, in terms of its classic intense winey grapey, sad to say dead on arrival. No blame on the brewers, this is also pretty much the norm for this once great hop. That said there is a decent layered fruitiness in this TIPA and mild hop spice tingle. For me, it was a brave move using these hops, Cryo or no. The end result could have been worserer but sure as eggs is eggs, could have been better with different hops.

Can at home, from Rad Beer, 20/09/21. Hazed almost carrot juice like orange with a decent just off white head. Nose is juicy citric flesh, pine nip, ripe melon, grapefruit, mixed tropical fruit vibes. Taste comprises dank tropicana, pine resin, papaya, grapefruit zest, orange pith, stoned fruit esters. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness and a balanced rising boost. Solid punchy DIPA ... comes in a good bit below a 12% number.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours murky yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of sweet peach, nectarine and higher alcohols. Taste is tinned fruit cocktail. Sweet, cloying, boozy. Not for me.
