Our signature thick, slick and salty Triple Fruited Gose recipe made up of a big dose of oats, ale malt, salt and lactose infused with pure organic Strawberry and Gooseberry puree. Sweet strawberry upfront with tart gooseberry backing it up. The result is a super jam filled beer, with a dry green tart mid and a sweet rounded finish. Get in the sun and this’ll do nicely.

440ml can. Hazy reddy pink, white head. Aroma of strawberry yoghurt. Taste of strawberry yoghurt, sweet, a little salinity and lactose, not sure I got any gooseberry at all though. Medium bodied. Lovely as usual though not as tart/sour as previous TFGs.

Can at home in the garden, 17th July 2021. Pours a lovely reddish smoothie. Aroma is strawberry, fruity, jam. Taste is sweet, lovely strawberry, slightly tart, gooseberry in the back seat, refreshing, temper of salt and a light picker in the close. Delicious

Tap at North bar Harrogate. A light hazed peachy pink coloured pour with a lasting pink froth. Aroma is nice fresh fruit, strawberry pear, jammy, tart edge, yogurt funk,. Flavour si composed of sweet and sour, tart gooseberry, jammy berries, dry cranberry finish. Palate is sharp, mild pucker, highish carbonation. Really nice fruit character.
