Another addition to our beers brewed with honey. This time with the refreshing flavours of motueka hops. A nice thick body with a burst of lemon and lime flavours, perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the golden honey.

Hops: Motueka, Columbus

440ml can from the brewery online. Murky golden, creamy white head. Aroma of zesty citrus, lime, hints of honey. Taste is slightly sweet, citrusy lemon and lime, small amount of honey, light pithy bitterness. Full bodied, very thick, creamy smoothness. Honey is judged to perfection.

Can big thanks to my bro. It pours cloudy pale yellow - gold with a bubbly white head. The aroma is bright, juicy, tangy lemon - lime, lemonade, limeade, sherbet, grapefruit cordial, candied peel, gummy bears, green and weedy. The taste is bitter - sweet, juicy, tangy, thick, green, weedy, dank, big lemon - lime character, candied lime, lemonade, grapefruit, kiwi, floury bread, touch of honeyed cereal and spice with a drying, tangy citrus finish. Medium body and fine to mode carbonation. Lovely stuff. Great lemon - lime from the Motueka. Moreish.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours milky yellow with a thick white head. Aromas of tropical fruit and blueberry. Not much honey, which I'm glad about to be honest. Taste is jammy, more tropical fruit, oats. Creamy texture, light bitter finish. Nice.
