So we went old, old school in this beer bringing the malts forward for one final cowboy hurrah! Crystal malt gives this beer a more rounded feel and it is balanced by the Azacca additions, big in alpha acids with a bright and refreshing classic west coast IPA aroma.“It’s a big gun… It’s a big town”

440ml can. Clear golden, white head. Aroma of pine, resin, citrus fruits and peel. Taste is very piney and resinous, herbal and dank notes, citrus peel, orange, a touch of caramel, strong bitter finish. That's a great westie, but I will say the carbonation is too much - it's *very* fizzy.

Can thanks to my bro. It pours ever so slightly hazy orangey - amber with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, sappy, oily, resinous, pine needles, orange marmalade, tangerine, peachy and gummy bears. The taste is slick, oily, sappy, resinous, green, weedy, dank, herbal, aniseed notes, touch of spice, pine needles, toothy, tannin, orange marmalade, toffee and some alcohol kick with a drying, sappy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent.
