Easy drinking but not a lot of personality. A touch of rusted tin. Pours golden with OK head and lacing. Snally.

Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a clear deep orange color with a small white head. Aroma was big malts, sweetness. Light honey, grassy, with a malty finish.

Can at home from CW online. Pours lightly hazed golden amber with no real head. Aroma is malt, caramel, hint of clove. Taste is similar. A decent, clean festbier. Solid.

Can at home picked up from Cloudwater online. A clean orange amber coloured pour with a lasting rocky white head. Aroma is nice earthy cereal, leaft hop, sileage, grass, nutty. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty cereal malts, apple, hint of toffee, grassy hop, sileage nice spicy hop. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation, Tasty lager beer.

Appearance is amber, fairly clear, a clingy foamy off-white head. Aroma is malty bread, caramel, raisin, brown bread, fruitcake. Some nutty malt. Taste is malty bread, nutty notes, hop bitterness, mild fruitcake notes, more malty bread, honey almondy notes, crisp clean finish, quite full mouthfeel.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 25/10/23. Clear copper with a good sized lasting light egg shell white head ... looks the bollocks! Nose is Soreen Malt Loaf, stewed fruits, biscuit, herb, toffee, light spice. Taste comprises fruit cake mix, brown bread, light herb, almonds, straw, crisp malt base. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid flavoursome Marzen.

On Tap at BeerHeadZ, Lincoln. Amber colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste are malty caramel, slight bread and light floral. Crisp body.

440ml can. Crystal clear amber gold, large creamy head. Aroma of caramel and toasted malts. Taste is much the same toasted malts and caramel lead the way, moderately bitter grassy hop. Solid lager.

Can from Cork & Cask. Clear deep golden body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of toasted bread, dried leaves and caramel. Flavour of caramel, earth and nutty malt. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A rich, nutty lager.
