Evan and the team at Green Cheek make some of the best examples of modern Californian IPA's and it's been a pleasure working with them on our next iteration in the style. This beer is lean and mean! Super pale, super crisp, super bitter and super hopped!!!

Can from The Beerhive. Clear golden body with a few tiny particles floating beneath a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of marmalade, pine and lemon. Flavour of pine, orange rind and lemon with a crisp, bitter finish. Medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. A bitter, piney IPA.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Delicious beer, moderately sweet, notes of dry pale malts, sun-kissed pine, orange peel, balancing bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pleasingly bitter finish, lightly floral, more crisp pale malts, pine, citrus peel. Superb.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 08/09/23. Clear golden with a decent just off white cap that retains well. Nose is bitter orange, grass, pine needle, grapefruit, mixed tropicana. Taste comprises grapefruit, pine resin, dank chimes, mango, melon, bitter tropical fruits, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come resinous hop bitterness. Solid punchy WC affair.
