Draft. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, exotic fruits, hops, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, exotic fruits, hops, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

440ml can from Overtone Brewing in Glasgow (online shop). A hazy golden/orange/yellow coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, mango, tropical fruit taste and aroma. Really nice DIPA and so easy to drink, hardly noticed the strength in this one.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 20/09/23. Hazed orange with a good sized lasting off white cap. Nose is grapefruit, pine resin, stoned fruit esters, guava, mandarin, hop spice. Taste comprises mango flesh, grapefruit, pine resin, light hop spice, ripe pineapple, guava. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with resinous to lightly dankened hop bitterness. Solid on point DIPA.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Strong tropical fruit aromas from the off, dank too. Taste adds white wine and fresh raspberry. Melon (general). Chewy, fruity, but bitter at the end. Very good. I've avoided these guys recently as their murk either all tastes the same or is a sour with Vault City-esque stoopid fruiting. This was great though.

6th September 2023 Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, slightly soft, reasonable fine carbonation coming through on the back end. Smooth pillowy pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Hops bring crisp pine. Good rich combo of citrus and tropical fruits enlivened by some nibbly hop spice, can really taste modern Galaxy here. Not quite Idaho 7, less bright more rich. Citra does what Citra does! Looking for Strata and Enigma, well maybe touches of passion fruit and black pepper. If I hadn't known these hops were in there, tall order to pick them up. Actually, as the beer gets somewhere between fridge delivery and room temperatures, the Passion Fruit becomes obvious, bright and juicy. Hop spice gets stronger on the back end and starts to really bite in the post swallow linger. Some old fashioned Galaxy fruit salad also coming through. Really nice dipa. Spicy and with rich complex layered hop fruits. I wouldn't say this is a sessionable dipa but I could treat it like one and damn the consequences!

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy orange. Foamy white head. Nose - a touch dank, melon, grassy and orange zest. Taste - orange jelly like on a Jaffa Cake. Some grassiness but some tropical too. Palate - medium bodied, some sticky sweetness and then a little bit of zesty on the finish. Overall - good.
