One of the biggest beers we've brewed in a while, and something a little bit different from the norm. Not a hazy East Coast and not a bitter West Coast - this one sits somewhere in between. No oats, no wheat, no crystal malts. Just bags of hop flavour from Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe, all wrapped up in a dry and drinkable package.

Can. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light nd and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin creamy malts, a vague milky sweetness. Light cooling piney hop intro. Mellow savoury skunk. Light floral citrus. Some mild nibbly hop spice on the crispy finish. It's fine but never really gets going for me.

440ml can. Almost clear golden, white head. Aroma of grapefruit, resin, pineapple. Taste of pineapple and grapefruit, piney resin, light malty sweetness but decent bitterness in the finish. They call it some sort of hybrid but this strongly leans towards west coast and I'm all for it.

Spotty beige head & collar on vivid hazy golden coloured body. Zesty, dank & citrus aroma. Medium bodied, sharp with a softer back. Zesty citrus, pineapple, melon & tangy hop tastes. Belter.
