341ml bottle from the Christmas market, Annecy. Drunk in our AirBnB apartment. Pours a misty gold, large white head. Aroma has some wheat, cracker, very faint floral elements. Taste is similarly subdued for the style, soft wheat, faint yeast, light sweetness. Needs a bit more oomph.

Bottle at Brit & Chips, Montreal on 4th July 2017. Pours hazy amber with lasting white foam and lacing. Citric hops and spices in aroma. Classic Weißbier blend in-mouth, pungent yeasts, lemony citric hops and a spicy note. All three flavour foci continue through the finish. Full bodied with an engaging texture.
