750ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is wheat, spicies, raw water, some orange notes on the background. Taste is slightly sour, fresh, smooth, spicies. Very good balanced witbier as it should be.

0.341 l bottle from βSaveur BiΓ¨reβ. Hazy golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-fruity, yeasty-spicy aroma with lots of peach, clove and honeydew. Sweetish-fruity, yeasty-spicy taste with lots of peach, honeydew and some clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit spicy and lightly chalky finish. Thin to medium body, slightly fizzy mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice stuff, I like the fruitiness a lot.

12oz bottle. Filtered looking tan body. Thin white head. A pretty classic, respectable Wit. Has some yeasty character, but also remains highly drinkable and balanced. Could stand up to most Belgian examples. Really good for the style.

A murky, golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has lemon, coriander, wheat and spicyness, typical and succesfully. Taste has wheat, coriander and some lemon, balanced spicyness. Medium bodied, strong carbonation. Typical witbier, but nicely brewed, tasteful.

This brewery always over-carbonates their beer, sometimes to the point of gushing. They use their standard belgian ale yeast, so all their beers share a common flavour. The taste of this beer is actually very nice for a wit though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Rated from old notes. Faintly cider-like smell and taste, but dry, and not overly done. Very pleasant sipping companion.
