Blackcurrant & Peach Sour DIPA hopped with Mosaic/Rakau.

"Be clearly aware of the stars and infinity on high. Then life seems almost enchanted after all." - Vincent Van Gogh.

Our double sour base, conditioned on a mountain of blackcurrant and peach puree. Finished with a dusting of Mosaic & Rakau hops to produce an unexplored flavour profile.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Hazed amber with a purple tinge. Aroma brings blackcurrant with additional thorny bramble fruit to taste alongside a prickly bitterness. Tart sour edge. decent

500ml can. Pours a deep ruby red, thin pink head. Aroma of Ribena with peaches. Taste of blackcurrant, peaches, quite sweet but also very tart, sour. Not sure the hops do much here. Decent fruited sour.

Can ordered from Hop, Black & Burns. Blackcurrant tartness, peach sweetness and savoury porridge aroma. Hazy puple tinged red. Foamy violet head. Initial light fruitiness followed by wave of tart Peach and Blackcurrant. Underlying custardy sweetness. Medium bodied. Creamy. Slightly pithy. Long somewhat astringent finish. Hmmm. Essentially a Sour NEIPA. Nice enough, just do we really need Sour NEIPA?
