We're immensely proud to be the lead sponsor for Pellicle Magazine, one of the UK's leading voices devoted to exploring beer, wine, cider, food and travel. This is a dedicated effort to celebrate the nostalgic taste of a proper West Coast (the best coast) - packed with bold citrus and pine aromas, shored up by a robust malt character that gives this style its classic bittersweet character. And this is properly bitter - we’re talking 70 IBUs here, coming from Citra, Chinook Simcoe and whole-flower Centennial.
Even better, the Track team has used a smattering of Vienna and Crystal malt alongside their usual pilsner malt base. These speciality malts give this beer the correct amount of sweetness to balance all of those zesty hop aromatics. Utterly delicious.
