Based on the theme of cappuccino we brewed this thick imperial stout with milk sugar and vanilla for creaminess and aged the stout on whole brazillian coffee beans which are lower in acidity and higher in chocolate flavours than other varieties. We finished the beer with a low carbonation to enhance the smoothness and creaminess of the flavours.
The artwork includes both a bear and bees drinking honey from coffee cups - in reference to both Berlin and Manchester's local animal mascots.

Smell of chocolate, mudcake. Black colour, brown head. Aroma of mudcake, dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, some liqueur. Oversweet. Lively soft carbon. Intense.

Draught@Zinc Craft Bar, Vasa. Black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate syrup, mild alcohol, some wood and toasted tones. Flavour is nutty, soem wooden, mildly alcoholic with some chocolates and mild blueberryish elements too. Very smooth and pleasant.

Intensiver, süß malziger Beginn, viel Kaffee, Unmengen an Schokolade. Darin wiederum viel Vanille, Karamell, Pistazien. Der Alkohol kommt zwischenzeitlich durch, stört aber nicht. Ahornsirup, weiter Schokolade und Kakao, langer Nachgeschmack. Hervorragend! 12/14/12/14//13

A: hazy black, thin, beige head.
A: maple wood, caramel sauce, cappuccino, pistachio.
T: sweet caramel, pistachio, milk chocolate, mocha.
F: herbal hops, sweetened coffee, caramel, warming liqueur-like alcohol.
P: medium to full body, syrupy texture, average carbonation.
Tasty, albeit on the 'added sweetener' side.

Clear dark brown beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots of caramel, dark chocolate, very nice, sweet impression, a bit malty, nice stuff, more caramel, vanilla. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of caramel, dark chocolate, some coffee, a bit sweet, bitter touch, lots of alcohol. Aftertaste: nice roast, bitter, chocolate, more alcohol, good stuff, a bit sourish, sweet finish.

Can from The Star & Garter, Bromley. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is nuts,cappuccino, raisin, chocolate. Taste is toffee, chocolate raisin, nuts, cappuccino. Uber sweet warming finish.
