Při procesu kvašení jsme se soustředili na relativně vysoké prokvašení, aby nevniklo příliš sladké "upatlané" pivo. Náš cíl byl čisté, relativně suché pivo, dobře pitelné a středně plné. Imperial IPA se vyznačuje především citrusovým, pomerančovým aroma, s náznakem pryskyřice.

Double IPA is a strong, purposefully very drinkable, light beer with a clean crisp finish.
During the fermentation process, we focused on a relatively high attenuation so as not to produce an overly sweet, "hairy" beer. Our goal was a clean, relatively dry, drinkable, medium-bodied beer. Imperial IPA is characterized primarily by a citrusy, with a hint of resin.

Tap at Zil verne. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Lots of over-ripe fruits, general fruitiness, berries, yeasty esters. Hops character seems muted. Med-high bitterness and sweetness. Medium drinkability. Rather average.

Tap at KEGzistence. Hazy dull golden body, thick, creamy off-white head. Resinous, creamy, bit herbal aroma. Creamy, caramelly taste, light resin, ending bitter-herbal. I mean... old school but old tasting and old school. Vik can do better.

Can 0.5l. Clear, gold amber colored. AROMA- citrusy, tropical fruit, candies, buttery. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, the same as aroma, caramel, woody, rooty. Fuller bodied. Pretty old school, not my cup of beer.
