Almost clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of grassy and citrusy hops, flowers, piney hops. Taste of piney bitter hops, citrus, pale malt. Long bitter finish.

Tap at Indewildeman, 12th October 23. Pours a light clear straw colour. Aroma is aromatic, floral. Taste is floral, bitter, some rind, marmalade, light and a bitter and floral perfume finish. Good

Can picked up from Craftbier webshop and consumed at home Sunday 8th October 2023 listening to John Grant - Queen of Denmark one of my favourite albums of the last 10 - 15 years a spectacular album. We're cooking Octopus with plums after a morning of pressing and juicing apples and making bread (Loz). Pours light to mid gold with a haze and mid sized white head. A perky little West Coast IPA but not quite in the same vein as a typical example from the likes of Sierra Nevada, Great Divide, Stone etc, bitterness is good and so is the malty backbone but with those guys it's really ramped up, this is more of a modern take on a Westy, subtle is the key, however it's definitely got a resinous edge both on the nose and along with some citrus in the mouth. Actually it's a lovely aroma. Bitterness and sweetness is there but not as aggressive as I would like. It's a very good beer despite my minor criticisms.
