Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a rough, white head. Complex sour aroma: noble rot, lactic acid and leathery Brett. Medium body, super dry, sulphury and vinegary while I don't get much if any blackcurrant. 270125

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is såruce, some tart blackcurrants and a bit blackcurrant bushes as well. Flavour is blackcurrants, some slight bushes of it with a nice tartness to it. Mild funk.

Cloudy dark orange beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: a bit funky, brett, wood notes, a bit earthy. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, bitter, tannins, earthy, fruity touch. Aftertaste: acidic, bitter, tannins, dry finish, good one.
